- After 4/28/2024, adding $20 to the price.
- The retreat fee is calculated based on full-time participation regardless you attend part time or full time.
- Commuters (who attend the conference but do not need housing) can purchase meal tickets at the Dining Hall.
- Financial Assistance Application: Please submit a “Financial Assistance Application Form”if financial assistance is needed.
- Refund policy: Full refund requested before 5/5/2024.
- Last day for registration: 5/5/2024. Registration must be completed online or paper (in special cases) on 5/5/24 and paid in full no later than 5/5/24.

- Accept check only
- Please make the check payable to: CBCM
- Ensure the retreat registration staff receives your check no later than 5/5/2024.
Bring your check at church on Sundays 4/14, 4/21, 4/28 and 5/5.
Or mail the check by 5/5 to “CBCM c/o Retreat, 4414 Muncaster Mill Road, Rockville, MD 20853”.
