報名時間表 Registration Schedule

Online and in-person registration from 4/13/25 to 5/4/25.
$20 added to senior, adult, & children price from 4/28/25 to 5/4/25.
Online and in-person registration will be closed after 5/4/25.
No refund after 5/4/25.
Authorization of Sponsorship Form and/or Parental Consent Form must be submitted to the registration coworkers at church by a sponsoring parent.

  • Starting 4/28/25, adding $20/senior, $20/adult, $20/child to the price. Age 5 and under remain the same.
  • The retreat fee is calculated based on full-time participation regardless you attend part time or full time.
  • We do not provide commuters option (who attend the conference but do not need housing) this year. However, if you absolutely cannot stay at night, please contact Kathy Cheung, and the Retreat Committee will review it on a case-by-case basis.
  • Financial Assistance Application: Please submit a "Financial Assistance Application Form" if financial assistance is needed.
  • Refund policy: Full refund requested before 5/4/25.
  • Last day for registration: 5/4/25. Registration must be completed online or in-person on 5/4/25 and paid in full no later than 5/4/25.
 

B. 報名程序 Registration Procedures:
 
    Go to online registration website

  1. Online self-registration is preferred. However, we will have booths with computers set up during the 4 Sundays of registration (4/13/25 to 5/4/25) at Church after Sunday Worship. Helpers will be available to help you register.
  2. Bring the payment check to a retreat co-worker or mail to CBCM. (See below for details).
    • After completing the on-line registration, please pay the registration with a check, payable to CBCM (note: Cantonese Retreat). Either bring the check to the retreat registration table at the church or mail to CBCM.
    • Registration is considered incomplete if payment is not received in time. Check must be mailed to CBCM with a postmark on or before 5/4 or submit in-person at Church by 5/4.

C. 少年附加表格 Additional Forms for Teens (Grades 6-12):

  1. A teen (under 18) must submit a Church Retreat Teens Program - Parental Consent Form signed by both parents. Please print the signed form and mail or bring it back to church along with your retreat registration payment.
  2. A teen (under 18), whose parents are not attending the retreat, needs to find an adult sponsor who is attending the retreat. Please submit an Authorization of Sponsorship Form signed by one of teen's parents and the sponsor. Please print the signed form and mail or bring it back to church along with your retreat registration payment.
